    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are a new 800(phone-line) metaphysical service who will provide services via phone and chat to customers throughout the U.S & Canada. We are looking for talented customer service representatives for our virtual contact center with a passion for the metaphysical and a ‘can-do’ problem-solving spirit to join our team!

    DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Inbound Phone Calls and/or Chats from new and existing members.
    • Upselling Products and/or Services
    • Resolving Support Tickets
    • Providing Excellent (Magical) Customer Service to all members.

    COMPENSATION:

    • $9 - $13 p/h +Bonuses
    • Weekly or Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit

     

    HOURS OF OPERATION: 7 DAYS PER WEEK, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST

    • 20- 40 Hours Per Week (can increase or decrease based on business needs)
    • Flexible Scheduling
    • Overnight Shifts may become available after your first 30 days.

     

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • USB Headset
    • HD Webcam (built in cameras are allowed)
    • Wired High Speed Internet Connection
    • Windows or Mac Desktop/Laptop (no tablets)
    • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM w/ 90% Accuracy

     

    TRAINING:

    • Training will last for approximately 3 weeks remotely.
