    HQ FP&A Analyst

    SUMMARY:

    Aeroseal is looking for a HQ FP&A Analyst that will assist us in our mission by planning, forecasting, & reporting of the functional opex budgets, people cost & associated headcount and assisting the FP&A leader in HQ consolidations and analytics. By partnering with the functional leaders in the business, the HQ FP&A analyst will ensure that we are driving cost efficiency, planning investments correctly, and drive a deeper understanding of our supporting functional spend and ultimately help develop strategies that deliver on the functional objectives within the constraints of the budget. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree, with a preference on STEM, Economics, Finance, Accounting majors
    • 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for non-transactional finance roles at an industrial manufacturer or academic achievement. Intern conversion possible for a strong candidate.
    • Proficient or above in excel & data management.
    • Organized with a strong bias towards a logic-based approach to stepping through data and processes.
    • A desire to learn, to build, to improve themselves, other people, and processes they touch.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • On a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis, forecast and report Aeroseal functional overheads in partnership with the budget owners
    • Partner with FP&A leader on HQ consolidation and Retro business unit analysis/reporting
    • Support dashboard automation processes with specific ownership of seal reporting and associated analytics
    • Own & submit ESG reporting based on overhead cost structure
    • Provide agile ad hoc support to other finance & operations priorities, with a focus on improving our data visualization & dashboards.

    The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000-65,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
