We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and versatile HR/Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills in both human resources and accounting. The hours for this position are flexible and depend upon experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Support

    Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

    Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

    Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews.

    Help track and manage employee benefits, time-off requests, and attendance.

    Develop and maintain HR policies and standards for a growing company.

    Accounting Support

    Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.

    Help manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Reconcile accounts and support month-end close processes.

    Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

    Vendor onboarding and management.

    Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    High school diploma required; associate’s degree in business, accounting, HR, or related field preferred.

    1-2 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (or a combination of both).

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and spreadsheet formulas required. Prior use of Restaurant365 and ADP Workforce Now a plus.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics.
