    Responsibilities

    • Policy & Regulatory Support

      • Enforce and support company policies, assisting in creating training procedures.
      • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures promptly and professionally, fostering meaningful relationships within the team.
      • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR and accounting regulations, always acting with integrity and good intent.
    • HR Documentation Management

      • Oversee new hire paperwork, conduct background checks, and facilitate seamless onboarding processes, ensuring new team members feel welcomed and valued.
      • Prepare and support the annual performance review process, promoting employee development and recognizing achievements.
      • Organize and securely manage sensitive documents, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
    • Systems Maintenance

      • Maintain and update internal databases and HR systems, including our Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
      • Help organize employee training programs and maintain accurate training records to support continuous learning and improvement.
    • Recruitment Support

      • Collaborate with hiring managers to screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage job postings to attract talent.
    • Event Planning & Team Engagement

      • Coordinate company events and HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
    • Accounting Support

      • Collaborate with the Accounting Department to audit and verify financial documentation, contributing to accurate financial records.
      • Manage communications with external parties regarding payment statuses and accounts receivables.
      • Assist in financial reporting by collecting and analyzing data as required by management.
    • Continuous Improvement & Support

      • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support HR, Accounting, and Operational needs.

    Qualifications

    • Education
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
    • Experience * Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, accounting, or operations.
    • Skills * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems. * High ethical standards with excellent analytical and communication skills. * Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle confidential information with discretion. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. * Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
