Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.

Provide customer support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.

Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.

Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.

Utilize Google Suite for document management, scheduling, and communication purposes.

Qualifications

A college diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications relevant to HR functions.

Excellent time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional support to employees.
