    We are seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in supporting HR operations, talent acquisition, and training initiatives through data-driven insights. This role will focus on designing, maintaining, and analyzing HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to enhance decision-making and workforce strategies.

    Core Duties:

    • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key workforce metrics, including hiring, retention, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.

    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, support strategic HR initiatives, and improve decision-making.

    • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for leadership and HR teams, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

    • Regularly audit and update HR systems to maintain data integrity.

    • Assist in optimizing HR processes, policies, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve HRIS functionality and reporting capabilities.

    • Analyze compensation, benefits, and headcount trends to support workforce planning.

    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations by managing and distributing relevant HR data.

    • Troubleshoot data discrepancies between HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and ensure smooth data flow.

    • Assess recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline effectiveness.

    • Provide reports and insights to enhance recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.

    • Track pre-employment processes and suggest improvements to streamline hiring timelines.

    • Evaluate training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • Monitor employee development trends and track learning progress.

    • Generate insights to support continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or HR reporting.

    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, DAX, etc.).

    • Understanding of statistical methods for trend analysis and HR data validation.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent communication skills to present data findings to HR leadership.

    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

    $80,000-$90,000 per year
