Job Summary: The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP applications and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using ADP applications.
Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration through ADP.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolution to HR-related issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Hands-on experience with ADP applications (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
