    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support our company in various essential functions, including recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, and employee retention efforts. The ideal candidate will also handle minimal administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and training via Google Calendar, maintaining employee records, and organizing monthly employee engagement activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruiting & Hiring

    Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

    Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

    Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process.

    New Hire Orientation & Employee Retention

    Organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition.

    Assist in developing and implementing employee retention programs.

    Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

    Administrative & Organizational Support

    Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and interviews using Google Calendar.

    Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

    Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities.

    Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    1-3 years of experience in HR-related tasks, including recruiting and employee engagement.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    A proactive and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
