Job Summary: 525 Technologies is seeking a motivated and organized HR/Business Administrator to support the human resources functions and streamline administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle a blend of HR responsibilities and business administration tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records, handle benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Support employee relations, assist with performance management processes, and coordinate training and development programs.
Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Business Administration:
Assist in office management, including procurement of supplies, handling communications, and coordinating meetings.
Support sales process by creating, processing, and following up with invoices
Maintain accurate records for key business documents and managing expense reports.
Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in HR or business administration roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
