    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable HR & Business Operations Coordinator to help streamline our people processes and business administration as we continue to grow. This is an in-office role based in our Nashua, New Hampshire location. If you are someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in an evolving environment, and is eager to create and sustain people systems that enhance workplace culture and efficiency. In addition to HR functions, this role will include business administration responsibilities to support the CEO and leadership team in daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR & People Operations:

    Oversee all HR administrative tasks, including employee records management, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance.

    Enhance and maintain onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.

    Maintain PTO and sick time balances, ensure accurate tracking, and address employee requests.

    Act as the point of contact for employee relations, handling feedback, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.

    Ensure company policies and procedures are well-documented and communicated to employees.

    Support talent acquisition efforts, including staffing projections and hiring support aligned with business needs.

    Lead workplace culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication strategies.

    Oversee professional development initiatives, including training, upskilling, and performance management.

    Business Administration:

    Manage prevailing wage reports and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

    Monitor and process quarterly and annual tax reports, maintaining up-to-date tax payments and responding to notices.

    Oversee 401K administration, including monitoring employee changes, loans, and compliance reports.

    Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor contracts.

    Assist with business-related surveys and government reporting.

    Support the CEO and leadership team with administrative tasks and operational improvements.

    Reduced Administrative Burden for Leadership: Executive leadership can focus on strategic growth rather than daily administrative tasks, thanks to efficient management of business operations and administrative responsibilities.
