    Position Summary

    As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor, delivering personalized HR and business solutions that help our clients enhance productivity, stay compliant, and achieve their goals. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, identify opportunities for growth, and provide hands-on support to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience. Your ability to balance multiple client needs, think strategically, and build strong partnerships will be key to your success.

    What You'll Do:

    • Offer proactive HR expertise to solve business challenges and drive performance.
    • Advise clients on HR best practices and ensure policies align with current regulations in various states.
    • Implement HR programs like employee handbooks, job descriptions, and compliance training.
    • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with business owners and executives through regular on-site visits, consultations, and check-ins.
    • Conduct investigations, facilitate training sessions, and provide expert guidance on sensitive issues.
    • Work closely with internal partners to ensure our services exceed client expectations.
    • Educate clients on additional HR solutions that drive success, supporting retention and expansion opportunities.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience. PEO experience preferred.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Certifications: Professional certifications from HRCI or SHRM.
    • Skills: Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Mindset: Adaptable, innovative, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
