Our client is a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, dedicated to excellence, innovation, and a strong team culture. We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing workforce and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
What You'll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Lead recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Oversee HR compliance and employment law adherence, especially in North Carolina.
Support benefits administration, compensation strategies, and HR process improvements.
Contribute to training and development programs, helping to build strong leaders across the organization.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
