    The Role

    As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with restaurant leadership and team members to ensure our HR strategies align with business goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive, high-performing workplace culture where our people can thrive.

    What You’ll Do

    Build Relationships: Partner with managers and team members across all locations to understand and address HR needs.

    Talent Development: Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs that inspire growth and engagement.

    Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, mediating conflicts and fostering open communication.

    Culture Champion: Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, and reinforce our values throughout the organization.

    Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze HR metrics to inform strategies and measure success.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience: 3-5 years in HR roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced industry.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.

    Skills:

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

    Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    Mindset: Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and empowering teams.

    Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to our restaurant locations as needed.
