And we can't forget our amazing administrative staff of call center agents, dispatchers, coordinators, etc who keep the business operating smoothly.

    We are looking for 2 HRBPs to join our team. You must live in the Austin, TX metro area or Denver, CO metro area to qualify for this role.

    Job Duties:

    On-board & Off-board team members through the T3 proven process
    Employee relations
    Manage employee files, ensuring compliance for record keeping legalities
    Act as liaison for employee when they have benefit questions
    Process worker compensation claims, auto incidents, FMLA / LOA
    Partner with T3 Safety Specialist to ensure ongoing training is conducted, policies are followed, employees remain safe
    Participate in employee event planning, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and more

    What You Need:

    Experience working in Human Resources for 2+ years
    Prior experience working in an HRIS to manage on-boarding, and other functions
    Must live in one of the following regions - Austin, TX or Denver, CO
    Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
    SHRM or other HR certificate is a plus
