We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive Executive Director to lead Renaissance of Hope with visionary leadership, strategic direction, and effective management. This role is crucial for advancing our mission of community development and helping to build health and wealth for residents in the community. As the Executive Director, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the implementation of the neighborhood’s Strategic Development Plan. You will also help to cultivate a strong team of mission-driven professionals and continually promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, donors, and other key stakeholders to support partnerships and collaborations.
    • Represent Renaissance of Hope at public forums, community events, and within professional networks to advance the organization’s mission and initiatives.
    • Advocate for the community’s needs and garner support for the organization’s goals.

    Resource Development and Fundraising:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial resources for programs and initiatives.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential donors, grant-making organizations, and corporate sponsors to enhance fundraising opportunities.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Provide strong leadership and management to staff and volunteers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a capable and motivated team to implement the organization’s programs and initiatives.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer guidance and support to improve individual and team performance.

    Our ideal candidate will possess:
