    The Role

    As our Human Resources Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in supporting our HR operations and keeping our team on track. You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment to employee relations to compliance. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

    Administrative Support

    • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system (experience with Rippling is a plus!).
    • Prepare HR documentation like employment letters, onboarding paperwork, and termination letters.
    • Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, and other employment laws.
    • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and processes.
    • Keep our office stocked with supplies, snacks, and logoed products.

    Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Coordinate the recruitment process: post jobs, liaise with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and keep candidates informed.
    • Make onboarding seamless and welcoming by preparing materials and ensuring new hires feel at home.

    Employee Relations

    • Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
    • Track attendance, leaves, and time-off requests.
    • Help plan employee engagement activities and events that keep our team connected and motivated.

    Compliance and Reporting

    • Prepare reports on turnover, hiring, and engagement metrics.
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
