Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator at ATPCO provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including benefits, compensation, HRIS, employee relations, training, and recruiting. Support HR functions by administering benefits programs, managing leave processes, and ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Serve as a key contact for employee benefits inquiries and assist with open enrollment. Facilitate employee recognition and engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness initiatives, and other total rewards offerings.
- Serve as a key contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the leave of absence process, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other time-off policies.
- Assist in coordinating open enrollment for annual benefits, including communication, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate benefits and compensation records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee recognition programs.
- Help maintain HR compliance by updating policies, tracking performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company procedures.
- Maintain and manage HR documentation, including employee records, benefits enrollment, leave requests, performance evaluations, and compliance reports, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Support HRBPs as needed in different employee relations matters.
- Support ODL with various HR training programs by coordinating logistics and tracking participation.
- Assist with the recruiting process, including coordinating onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles
- Relevant experience may include internships, part-time work, or a recent degree in a related field
Education:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Salary Range : $59,950 – $77,350
