Hansen Talent Group is hiring a HR Customer Service Support Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.
What you'll do:
- Provide support for HR inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Log all customer requests in the tracking system.
- First point of contact for questions about payroll, benefits, compensation, and policies.
- Uses system tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Available for support during the Bank’s HR Business Continuity Plan.
- Responds to HR questions via phone, email, and case management, ensuring confidentiality.
- Guides employees in using HR self-service tools.
- Troubleshoots basic system issues and escalates technical problems.
- Escalates complex issues to HR experts, ensuring resolution.
Requirements:
- Education or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, HR functions (benefits, payroll, HR systems), or related roles.
- Certified Help Desk Professional preferred. HIPAA Certification required annually via Career Café.
- Strong communication skills with customers, technical experts, and management.
- Excellent customer service focus and interest in using technology to improve service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work under pressure.
