  • Responsibilities

    Hansen Talent Group is hiring a HR Customer Service Support Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide support for HR inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
    • Log all customer requests in the tracking system.
    • First point of contact for questions about payroll, benefits, compensation, and policies.
    • Uses system tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Available for support during the Bank’s HR Business Continuity Plan.
    • Responds to HR questions via phone, email, and case management, ensuring confidentiality.
    • Guides employees in using HR self-service tools.
    • Troubleshoots basic system issues and escalates technical problems.
    • Escalates complex issues to HR experts, ensuring resolution.

     

    Requirements:

    • Education or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in HR or Business Administration.
    • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, HR functions (benefits, payroll, HR systems), or related roles.
    • Certified Help Desk Professional preferred. HIPAA Certification required annually via Career Café.
    • Strong communication skills with customers, technical experts, and management.
    • Excellent customer service focus and interest in using technology to improve service.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work under pressure.
