    We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Filing Assistant to start ASAP and support our client’s HR team with administrative and filing tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.

    Core Duties:

    • Organize and maintain employee files, both physical and digital

    • Assist with document management and HR record-keeping

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

    • Support HR staff with basic administrative tasks as needed

    What we’re looking for:

    • Prior administrative or HR experience preferred

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
