Job Summary
The idea candidates need to provides day-to-day support to do Human Resources in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, training, staffing, compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR policies and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field required. Equivalent experience may be a consideration.
Experience in Human resources
Fluent in written and verbal of English and Chinese
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures along with general knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to perform duties with moderate supervision
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
