Role Summary:
Seeking a knowledgeable and versatile HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary training and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and promote HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and compliant.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and develop strategies for talent management.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation Package:
- $55,000 to $75,000 doe
