Position Overview:
As a HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts within the home health care sector. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist. The company is currently located in downtown Atlanta, but they will be relocating to Sandy Springs.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and overseeing HR functions to support the organization and ensure exceptional care is extended and carried throughout the organization.

• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of HR functions and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to source and engage potential candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create job descriptions that reflect these requirements
• Ensure all reviews are conducted on time and provide feedback that initiates any necessary change in performance or attendance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the healthcare field
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
