    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support and manage a wide range of human resources functions. This role will be critical in maintaining a positive work culture, supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in their professional journeys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

    Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, provide guidance on company policies, and help resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

    Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback processes. Help managers navigate performance improvement plans and coaching opportunities.

    Training & Development: Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure staff are meeting training and development milestones.

    Compliance & Benefits Administration: Develop, implement and oversee compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.

    Payroll & Compensation: Assist with payroll processing and maintain records related to compensation and timekeeping.

    HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed for leadership and compliance purposes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.

    Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
