    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The HCTec HR Generalist combines traditional human resources responsibilities with data-driven strategies to support business objectives and enhance organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to build meaningful employee relationships to foster engagement.

    • Implement HR programs, including the administration of policies, training, development, employee relations, and compliance

    • Collaborate with the HR VP to align HR initiatives with business goals

    • Participate in cross-functional teams to design and execute HR strategies and processes

    • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

    • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards

    • Manage employee engagement programs, including surveys, focus groups, and recognition initiatives

    • Partner with leadership to develop action2plans based on engagement survey results and track progress

    • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development planning

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights to leadership

    • Utilize predictive analytics to identify trends and address workforce challenges proactively

    • Support workforce planning with data-driven analyses of retention and succession planning

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or 2–4 years of HR experience

    • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred

    • Proficiency in HR tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Microsoft, HRIS systems)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
