The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for assisting with various human resources tasks including recruitment, employee relations, talent development and business partner to site management as the HR generalist responsible for our plant and distribution center personnel. Candidates must be bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Hiring and Recruiting
Develops job descriptions, sources and fills temporary and active labor needs, onboard new hires and temporary labor, and drives ReBath employment brand in market.
Benefits Administration
Answers questions about eligibility, pre-existing conditions, benefit cost, schedules monthly benefit meetings in English and Spanish; supports open enrollment process.
Employee Relations
Assists with ER issues (performance, employment matters) and communicates with temp agencies and managers, counsels employees, completes compliance documentation, and participates in performance meetings. Manages off-boarding and conducts exit interviews.
Safety
Prepares all documentation for OTJ injuries including incident reports, administers workers comp claims, follow-up with employees recovering from injuries in support of RTW program.
Retention
Reinforce our employer of choice initiatives, including a Referral Bonus Program, social and recognition events, incentive programs and other programs to drive retention and engagement.
