Must Haves:
5+ years as an HR Generalist that is strong in recruitment, benefits, leave administration, worker’s compensation, HRIS system management, answering a high volume of questions from employees, payroll, etc.
Recruitment experience is key.
Knowledge of benefits administration
Bachelor's degree
Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds (warehouse workers, program coordinators, other directors, analytics, communications, etc.)
Warm and passionate about HR and likes to help people. You are interacting with employees constantly.
