    Must Haves:

    • 5+ years as an HR Generalist that is strong in recruitment, benefits, leave administration, worker’s compensation, HRIS system management, answering a high volume of questions from employees, payroll, etc.
    • Recruitment experience is key.
    • Knowledge of benefits administration
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds (warehouse workers, program coordinators, other directors, analytics, communications, etc.)
    • Warm and passionate about HR and likes to help people. You are interacting with employees constantly.
