    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist (part time, 1 day / week) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include hiring and onboarding new employees, organizing training opportunities, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in the recruitment and hiring process

    Onboard new employees

    Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies

    Administer compensation and benefits

    Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation

    Assist in performance management tasks

    Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management

    In person visit to the field office once per quarter (Rodeo, CA)

    Starting from 1 day / week, will likely extend to 2 day / week, potential future growth opportunity with the company.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

    Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position

    In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases

    Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills
