    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This internship will provide exposure to key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR workflow automation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about HR operations in a fast-paced business environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

    • Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth transition.

    • Help maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases.

    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.

    • Research and support HR workflow automation projects in Rippling.

    • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.

    • Assist with HR reporting and analytics.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus but not required.
