Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for managing all aspects of HR , including Onboarding and compliance of caregivers. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Caregiver Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for caregivers, ensuring a seamless experience.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and home care regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with agency goals and legal requirements.
Training and Development: Implement training programs for caregivers and staff to ensure ongoing professional growth and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, in the home care, healthcare, or related industry.
Demonstrated success in managing a team and overseeing HR functions such as compliance, and onboarding
Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations applicable to home care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are highly preferred (Spanish, is common in the Brooklyn area).
