Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems.
• Lead training and professional development initiatives.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
