In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure labor law compliance, cultivate an inclusive culture, and align HR initiatives with strategic objectives.

    What You’ll Do

    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding) and develop strategies to attract top talent.
    • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the go-to person for employee inquiries, promote positive relations, and guide performance management.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, track market trends, and recommend updates for competitiveness.
    • Policy & Compliance: Create and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company guidelines.
    • HR Administration & Strategy: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and provide expert HR insights in strategic planning sessions.

    What You Need

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Proven success in an HR generalist or manager role.
    • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Plus: HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
