    Job Description

    As the HR & Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in workplace culture, employee development, and office operations in our Milwaukee office in the heart of the Third Ward. This role requires a dynamic, people-first professional who can drive talent development, engagement, and HR initiatives while maintaining an upbeat yet organized and efficient office environment.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Office & Operations Management

    • Oversee office supply orders, deliveries, and staff lunch coordination.

    • Address office-related concerns proactively to maintain a positive work environment.

    Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

    • Develop and lead initiatives that enhance employee morale, retention, and workplace culture while being seen as a source of positivity in the office.

    • Organize business and social events to foster team cohesion.

    • Serve as the Sponsor for the Events Committee, providing vision and support.

    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do at Expert Institute.

    • Use formal and informal employee feedback, such as engagement and exit surveys, to drive meaningful improvements.

    HR & Talent Development

    • Act as a liaison between employees, management, and the rest of the HR team to ensure seamless communication.

    • Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning for the Milwaukee office.

    • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, partnering with HR as needed.

    Training & Development

    • Design, coordinate, and deliver customized training programs forall staff including sales professionals at all experience levels.

    • Contribute to company-wide learning & development initiatives across all locations.

    • Drive talent development using behavioral assessments (e.g., Predictive Index, CliftonStrengths, DISC).

    • Enhance our performance management framework, including career paths, competencies, and feedback mechanisms.

    • Build and/or improve scalable learning programs, such as new hire onboarding and mentorship programs.

    Leadership & Communication

    • Set the tone for work ethic, accountability, and leadership within the office.

    • Bring energy, positivity, and a solutions-driven approach to every challenge.

    • Use strong written and verbal communication skills to develop engaging presentations and strategic communications.
