    HR Operations Intern

    Department: Human Resources **
    Location:** Glendale, CA (onsite) or Remote
    Reports To: Director, Human Resources
    Duration: 20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Human Resource. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about Human Resources Operations while contributing to real-world projects and tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maintaining accurate records and file organization.
    • Collaborate with team members on various projects.
    • Contribute to organizing of HR files, and software data entry tasks.
    • Perform administrative duties as needed.
    • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas.
    • Carry out any other relevant duties that align with the internship role.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Human Resources or Business.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills by efficiently managing tasks.
    • Ability to commit to internship duration.

    Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
