What You'll Do:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Attract top talent to join our growing team.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and supporting their professional growth.
Performance Management: Implement strategies to ensure team members excel in their roles. Assist Clinical Managers with day to day scheduling, staffing, scheduling, etc.
Policy Development: Assist in crafting and maintaining company policies that reflect our values and legal requirements.
HR Administration: Manage employee records, benefits, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
