    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Administrator with superb communication and administration skills. The HR and Recruitment Administrator will handle the administrative tasks and basic employee inquiries within our Human Resources department with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.

    To be a successful HR and Recruitment Administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labor laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR and Recruitment Administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.

    Primary Essential Job Duties:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR system

    • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, such as memos, newsletters, and announcements

    • Assist with New Employee Onboarding

    • Work with managers on recruiting needs

    • Schedule and complete interviews with candidates

    • Coordinate candidate reviews

    • Create and track offer letters

    • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including but not limited

      • Manage position seats

      • Post jobs

      • Track and distribute resumes

      • Assist managers with ATS questions

      • Hire candidates within the system

    • Review and pay benefit vendor invoices

    • Assist the HR departments in the management of day-to-day tasks

    • Work cooperatively with others

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Comprehensive understanding of office administration systems and processes

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

    • HRIS experience is a plus; familiarity with applicant tracking database systems

    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    • Regular and predictable attendance as scheduled

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.

    • HR experience preferred but not required.

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
