Exciting Opportunity: HR / Recruitment Manager

CORY is hiring an experienced HR / Recruitment Manager to oversee all aspects of recruiting and HR administration operations for the organization.
About Our Client:
Our client is an innovative real estate firm managing a national tenant-based space network to support small businesses. They are expanding nationwide and looking for talented industry leaders to join their growing team!
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Provide guidance and support on various HR matters to team members and senior leadership on complex issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
Ensure proper maintenance of team members' records, files, and human resource systems.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR matters, including resolving conflicts.
Create and implement employee engagement surveys to enhance retention and productivity. Assist with the creation of employee development programs.
Plan and manage the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws and oversee HR policies and procedures. Including unemployment reporting.
HR Systems & Payroll: Manage ADP to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and seamless payroll processing.
Engage with third-party consultants as needed to address compliance and any other HR-related needs.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment
Passion and drive to work within a highly entrepreneurial setting
