A reputable and fast growing healthcare company is seeking a capable, experienced, and people-centered HR Supervisor to lead our human resources department. If you are a professional with strong HR knowledge, supervisory experience, kind yet assertive- we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees

• Handle employee relations ethically, with compassion & professionalism

• Guide and enforce HR and company policies, procedures, and compliance

• Partner with leadership to improve workplace culture and resolve challenges

• Lead handbook creation and updates; know when to consult legal

• Help the team grow by aligning hiring with operational goals

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, ABA, or special education

• Previous experience supervising HR staff

• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law basics

• Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to hold people accountable

• Comfort making decisions and escalating when needed
