    Schedule: M-F (40 hours a week)

    Pay: $24-28/hr

    *Candidate must reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, WA, WY.

    Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Solutions Specialist to join our team. The HR Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
    2. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    3. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    4. Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and development programs.
    5. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    2. 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
    3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
    4. Experience processing new hires, job changes, and termination.
    5. Comfortable communicating in a high-volume ticketing system.
    6. Building and running detailed HR reports in the HRIS.
    7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
    10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

      11.
      SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
