Our client is a growing PE-backed Technology company looking for a HR Specialist to join their team.
Hybrid (3/2) in Northern VA. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS management.
· Calculate employee commissions/bonuses in accordance with company policies and agreements.
· Responsible for payroll-related accruals including accrued commissions, accrued bonuses, accrued vacation and accrued sick leave.
· Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
· Generate and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation reports, to support management decisions.
· Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
· Assist in development and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
