    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Data Specialist with strong Workday
    expertise. This role will support three key areas: performance management cycle,
    Workday implementation, and day-to-day HR data support. The ideal candidate
    brings a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong
    communication abilities.

    Performance management program
    ● Lead end-to-end project management of the performance review cycle,
    maintaining timeline adherence and stakeholder accountability
    ● Create and manage comprehensive Asana project with all deliverables,
    dependencies, and milestones
    ● Develop and execute communication strategy for company-wide
    announcements
    ● Configure performance cycle module in Lattice
    ● Provide technical troubleshooting and support for managers and employees
    during the review cycle
    ● Track completion rates and provide regular status updates
    ● Document process improvements for future performance cycles Workday implementation
    ● Support the implementation team in ensuring successful Workday
    deployment
    ● Execute system testing for the HCM module, and support cross-functional
    testing
    ● Document and track testing results with detailed attention to accuracy and
    next steps
    ● Collaborate with the project team to identify, prioritize, and resolve system
    bugs and issues● Play a key role in data conversion efforts from legacy HRIS to Workday,
    including:
    ○ Ongoing data cleanup and validation
    ○ Creating and reviewing test conversion files
    ○ Validating converted data accuracy and completeness
    ● Assist with configuration decisions based on business requirements
    ● Support documentation of business processes within Workday Misc. HR data projects and support
    ● Generate and analyze employee data reports as requested by HR and
    business leaders
    ● Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and
    cleanup
    ● Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed
    ● Create documentation for data processes to ensure knowledge transfer

    Requirements
    ● 5+ years of experience in HR systems and data roles
    ● Workday HCM experience required
    ● Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
    ● Experience with system testing
    ● Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    ● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
    ● Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
    ● Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills

    • People‑analytics / stats toolkit (R, Python pandas)
    • Project‑management certs (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
    • Agile / Scrum delivery experience for HRIT projects
    • Workflow‑automation tools (Workato, Zapier, Tray.io)
    • Data‑privacy & compliance know‑how (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
    • SOX or ISO 27001 audit exposure for HR systems
    • Single Sign‑On & SCIM provisioning setup (Okta, Azure AD)
    • Global payroll integrations and multi‑currency reporting
    • Training & enablement—building Workday user guides / live sessions
    • Organizational‑design / workforce‑planning collaboration experience
    • Design‑thinking or lean‑process mapping for HR workflows
