MUST HAVE:
\- Bachelor's degree
\- 3 years HR experience
\- highly proficient in PeopleSoft (create queries, troubleshooting and correcting complex errors)
\- Proficient knowledge of PeopleSoft functionality and self-service. Thorough understanding of the flow of data within PeopleSoft and the data's impact on other functional areas and processes.
\- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite: skilled in excel to sort, manipulate, summarize and calculate information. Skilled in creating pivot tables and building formulas.
\- Proficiency and experience in creating and generating queries in PeopleSoft. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems functionality.
\- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills to effectively problem solve and prioritize transactional errors while maintaining professionalism.
\- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of transactions under tight deadlines.
\- Excellent decision making and critical thinking skills.
\- Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills which are necessary to communicate effectively with human resources staff and leadership to address difficult issues.
