Role Overview: The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for shaping company culture, ensuring HR compliance, and fostering a supportive work environment.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develops strategies to attract top candidates aligned with company values, conducts assessments, and partners with hiring managers to ensure efficient and inclusive recruitment.
End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manages sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment, and onboarding processes to provide a positive candidate experience.
Hiring Practices Training: Collaborates with team leaders to train them on regulatory standards and ensuring a cultural fit during the hiring process.
HR Compliance & Administration: Ensures HR policies comply with labor laws and industry standards, manages employee documentation, and oversees compliance with state/federal regulations.
Compensation & Benefits Management: Recommends adjustments in pay, raises, bonuses, and manages employee insurance and benefits documentation.
Employee Development Programs: Designs programs for training, performance reviews, and mentorship to support employee growth and career progression.
Mentorship & Communication: Partners with managers to mentor employees and provides guidance on skill-building and career development, fostering open communication.
Education & Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 5-7+ years of HR experience, with a Master’s degree and HR certification preferred.
Skills & Working Conditions: Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills required; the role operates in a professional office setting with occasional physical demands (lifting up to 20 lbs).
