    Job Description

    HR/Talent Intern Responsibilities

    • Attend Talent Ambassador meetings

    • Attend KIPP St. Louis recruitment events when appropriate

    • Manage the candidate process through Smart Recruiters and outreach to cultivations + staff

    • External/Internal Recruitment Tactics

    • Social Media posting Updates

    • Recruitment Campaign Project

    • Recruitment Event planning

    • Referral Outreach

    • Regional Application Processing

    • Marketing Materials Update

    • HR support

    ​​​​​​​ Coaching and Development

    • Weekly team meeting with Director of HR/Talent for thought partnerships and support

    • Training by talent recruitment manager connected to recruitment + retention efforts

      • Process new applications that have been collected through the external recruitment efforts
    • Engage with community partners for advertising and marketing opportunities

    • Support organization and systems building within out HR department

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    1. Internships are focused for collegiate level work experience building
    2. Enrolled in univeristy or college
    3. Interest in making a difference for marginalized children
