    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated Human Resources and Administrative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing training opportunities, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player. The Executive HR and Office Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources, executive management, and daily office operations. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, talent acquisition proficiency and exceptional organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Human Resources and Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards.

    • Responsible for recruiting personnel according to job requirements

    • Oversee employee relations, resolve issues and create a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • Administer employee benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans and other benefits.

    • Conduct regular training courses for employees on human resources related topics and organizational policies.

    • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation and development planning.

    • Ensure recruiting compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

    Execution management & Administrations:

    • Works with executive leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies and goals.

    • Supervise daily operations to ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives.

    • Conduct research and analysis to support administrative decision-making.

    • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals.

    • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to the executive team.

    • Serves as a liaison between executive leadership and various departments within the organization.

    • Daily operation include creating invoices, AP and AR.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in 3-5 years of HR management, executive leadership and office management roles.

    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

    • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.

    • Proficient in MS Office and basic office management software.

    • Detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential information, and adept at multitasking.
