This role will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Responsibilities
Understand and adhere to established McKenney Home Care policies and procedures.
Maintain organizations staff charts and conduct chart audits regularly.
Prepare employees for onboarding by conducting orientation and ongoing training programs.
Maintain a salary plan and annual salary reviews by scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
Monitor and appraise employees' work; coach/counsel employees; resolve employee grievances
Ensure compliance and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and requirements.
Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
Conduct interviews the Recruiter has scheduled.
Maintain HR calendar and communicate with the Recruiter to prevent any scheduling conflicts.
Job Requirements
Eligible Level 2 AHCA Background Screening.
Hands on CPR Certification.
Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and reliable Transportation.
Proven employment in a HR role, in-home care experience is a plus.
Ability to read and understand short instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language in English.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations and team meetings.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
