What You’ll Be Doing:
Workday Implementation & Optimization:
- Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge Workday solutions to life.
- Stay ahead of the curve with Workday updates, identifying and implementing features that add value.
Crafting Data-Driven Insights:
- Design and develop advanced Workday reports, delivering actionable insights to leadership and HR teams.
- Use data to uncover trends, inform strategic decisions, and solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Powering Seamless Data Feeds:
- Manage and troubleshoot data feeds between Workday and other critical systems, ensuring flawless operation.
- Partner with IT and vendors to build, maintain, and enhance system integrations.
- Uphold data integrity and compliance throughout all processes.
Driving Employee Engagement through Surveys:
- Build and deploy impactful employee surveys directly in Workday.
- Analyze responses to uncover valuable insights and recommend initiatives to boost engagement.
- Leverage survey data to make a tangible difference in the employee experience.
Empowering Users:
- Act as the go-to Workday expert, providing guidance and support to end users.
- Deliver training and create resources to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides.
Who You Are:
- A tech-savvy professional with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Workday enthusiast with 3+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, specializing in Workday.
- A creative thinker who thrives on building advanced Workday reports and solving data challenges.
- A team player with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Someone who communicates effectively and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Pro certification(s) in areas such as reporting or integrations.
- Experience conducting and analyzing employee surveys to drive engagement.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and data privacy standards.
