    Pay: $70,000-$85,000

    *Candidate must reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, WA, WY.

    HRIS Analyst responsibilities include:

    • Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs
    • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues
    • Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports across HR Systems

    Job brief

    We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our team and help our organization optimize the performance of our HR systems.

    HRIS Analyst responsibilities include gathering data, improving the performance of various HRIS throughout an organization, and making recommendations to improve performance metrics across departments.

    Ultimately, you will work with a team of HR Specialists and Managers across various departments to ensure the organization is performing as efficiently as possible.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
    • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
    • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
    • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
    • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
    • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS
    • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
    • Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst
    • Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
    • IT project management experience to implement improvements
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes
    • Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
    • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization (e.g., UKG)
    • Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
    • Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
    • Work with HR, Finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
    • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS

    Requirements and skills

    • A bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Information Technology, computer sciences, or related fields
    • 3-5 years of HRIS/HR system support experience required in UKG and Business Intelligence
      • Ability to create, schedule, and update reports in BI
    • Proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst
    • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
    • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
    • Advanced proficiency in database management and security
    • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Must understand the system development lifecycle process
    • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team
