    Job Description

    Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience

    Schedule: Full-Time

    The HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Manager and is responsible for providing support for a variety of HR areas and maintaining consistent performance of HR systems, including the applicant tracking system (ATS). The HRIS Analyst builds technical expertise in HR systems and takes an active role in maintaining and improving processes to ensure consistency and compliance of HR and company policies & procedures.

    In this position, your main responsibilities include:

    • Administer, maintain, and optimize the ATS platform; manage system functionality, data administration, integrations, external job boards, and analytics
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency of HR reports by implementing stringent data validation and quality control measures
    • Work closely with the user community to troubleshoot system issues; including but not limited to job postings, system functionality, onboarding, and recruiting
    • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT team to test new functionality for any system upgrades, involving relevant business users when necessary
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance on HRIS inquiries (both UKG and ATS)
    • Utilize reporting tools to run standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and provide insights into HR metrics
    • Assist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required
    • Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures
    • Work with HRIS Manager on special projects
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or commensurate experience
    • Minimum 1 year of HRIS or System Support experience, ATS and/or UKG experience preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of general Human Resources experience
    • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, functions, data validation), experience with IBM Cognos / People Analytics or other Business Intelligence tools preferred
    • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge, including enterprise systems, databases, and Microsoft 365 business applications
    • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, have excellent time management/meet deadlines and attention to detail
