We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring that our HR data is accurate, accessible, and secure. As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of HRIS functions, supporting users with technical issues, and providing insights through data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring its functionality and data integrity
- Assist in the implementation of new HRIS features and upgrades
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and end-users regarding HRIS usage
- Develop and run reports from the HRIS for analysis and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Train HR and other staff on HRIS functionalities and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance system integration and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems in a professional setting
- Three years of experience in HCM system development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with HR processes and compliance regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in data management and reporting tools
