    Job Summary

    As the HR Systems Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving HR technology initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, you will partner with key stakeholders to design, configure, and test HR systems that align with business strategies. Your expertise in data analytics and visualization will enable you to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the enterprise. You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of HR business processes and technology.

     


    Responsibilities

     

    • System Management: Oversees system and system-design change requests, and drives continuous improvement efforts.
    • Problem Solving: Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and address root causes of issues or opportunities.
    • HR Cycle Management: Manages system components related to HR cycles, including performance forms, 360 reviews, goal plans, calibration, compensation, and other initiatives.
    • System Maintenance: Monitors, maintains, configures, and tests the core HR system, ensuring a deep understanding of all modules and features.
    • Vendor Relationships: Serves as the primary point of contact for consulting partners and vendors, including software vendors (e.g., SAP Account Executive).
    • Compliance: Oversees annual state and federal compliance reporting.
    • System Upgrades: Owns or participates in system upgrades, problem resolution, and compliance efforts, demonstrating a strong understanding of system interfaces (e.g., Payroll/T&L, Benefits, Corporate IT).
    • Data Management: Develops and implements data collection systems/strategies to optimize efficiency and quality. Maintains and improves data accuracy and quality control.
    • Analytics: Creates high-caliber data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate analytics and insights to HR leadership, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
    • Strategic Decision Making: Works closely with HR leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and policy development using HR data. Utilizes predictive modeling to assist in the creation and implementation of HR strategies.
    • Compliance: Ensures alignment with data privacy and compliance regulations.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborates with HR and other key business stakeholders to identify strategic people analytic needs and formulate relevant people and organizational research, metrics, and KPIs to support critical business decisions.
    • Project Leadership: Leads or collaborates on projects and initiatives.
    • Technology Implementation: Assists with the implementation of technology and processes aligned with the HR strategy.

     

     

    Key Qualifications

     

    • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Data Analysis, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Equivalent combinations of education and experience in a related field will also be considered.
    • Experience: Minimum of eight years of progressive experience administering and supporting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related processes. Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in HR system configuration and design, including troubleshooting and testing experience. Strong knowledge of HR metrics and significant experience in data analysis and reporting.
    • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical abilities, advanced problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of system interfaces.
    • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with business collaborators to influence, discuss, and explain analytics to non-technical partners.
    • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a strong teammate.
    • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
